Dear Bisli, I can’t tell
you how impressed I am with the service and professionalism
you displayed this past week-end with the LOPEZ/AGUILAR
WEDDING. WOW!!!! I have met so many “wedding coordinators
“in my thirteen years of Social Catering and I am happy to
say that you are a true gem!!! You were completely on top of
your game through the entire process and I thank you so
much. In our business, it’s very important to make sure
guest satisfaction is number one and we pride ourselves
everyday in achieving this. You are an asset to our “family”
here at The Crowne Plaza River Walk... I could go on and
on!!!! We don’t have “overs” when it’s a once in a lifetime
event and from the moment we met through the entire process
you proved to all of us that you have a great heart and a

Hello Bisli, this is Veronica (Luna) Rosas. I just
wanted to say hello. I barely received my wedding
pictures last week and I'm planning on
sending some to you. After the wedding, everyone was
so amazed by the work that you did. And now that
we've received the pictures 6 months after the
wedding, everyone is still so impressed by the
wedding hall and the beautiful centerpieces you
created. You definitely went above and beyond my
expectations. I loved the bride and grooms table you
did for us.
Also, I wanted to let you know that Robert and I
are expecting a baby girl this March 2007. I'm five
months pregnant now. It was our little honeymoon
surprise. Robert says that he plans on having you do
her "Sweet 16" and wedding. Thank you so much for
everything Bisli.

WOW- Where do I start???? Almost 2 weeks
after our wedding, our friends and family are
still talking about how elegant and classy our
wedding was. From the church decorations, to the
lighting at the hall (great surprise from
Richard) to the BEAUTIFUL flowers, I can’t thank
you enough for all the time and effort you put
in to making our dream day such a success.
I knew when we met with you the first time
early in our engagement that our wedding day
would turn out great as long as I had you by my
side. Throughout the planning process, I knew
that I could call you at any time and that I
would have someone to listen to me. You were a
great friend and knew exactly what I was looking
for. You were an amazing person to work with and
Richard and I felt comfortable sharing our life
with you. You know exactly how to make a bride
feel special!!! I love you for that! You showed
that you cared for each of your clients by
taking your time with them at each appointment.
I have never met someone as detailed as you and
I know that it is for these reasons that your
business will continue to be a success.
Having you as part of my "planning" team gave
me such comfort in knowing that I had such a
wonderful person by my side. When I woke up the
day of my wedding, I had no worries, because I
knew that I had you decorating the church, the
hall, and delivering the flowers. Most of all, I
LOVED my bouquet.... I was so surprised when I
saw it and started crying. It was more beautiful
than I had expected or imagined. All of the
flower combinations were great and worked out
just the way I had pictured. I never knew how
things were going to turn out and I just kept
trusting you with every suggestion you made..
And of course... everything was great!!!!
When Richard and I arrived at the reception
site, I was the most nervous. All of the time
spent talking about the centerpieces ( I know we
changed that a lot, thanks for putting up with
me, haha) had me a little nervous. But not to my
surprise... they were beautiful. The lighting
(just like you said) stood out and made the hall
look so elegant. Thank you for that!!!! Our
sweetheart table, WOW – It was so elegant.
In the end, we want to Thank You sincerely
from the bottom of our hearts. You and Pablo
have touched our lives in more ways than one. We
are very fortunate to have met you and will
remember the times we spent together in your
office. We can only hope that we will have a
successful marriage like you and Pablo.
Thank you Bisli, for making our day a day we
will never forget!!!!
PS. I hope you are still in business in 25
years to help decorate our anniversary party!!!!

Pablo,
I have to say.... we could not have done it
without you and Lisa. We were so blessed to have
the 2 of you there as our coordinators. I really
don't know what I would have done with out you.
My family and friends were able to enjoy the
wedding just like I wanted them to without
having to worry about cutting the cake or when
to remind me about the dollar dance. We really
appreciated all of the hard work you put in to
making our wedding day as smooth as it was. The
times we met, I could tell that you are very
detailed oriented. I knew that I didn’t have
anything to worry about the day of the wedding
and that I could count on you. The day of the
wedding, believe or not, I was very calm.
Looking back, I know it was because I was
working with such a great, dependable team. You
and Lisa took care of so many responsibilities
and I have to thank you for that. Our family and
friends saw how hard you worked the day of the
rehearsal and the wedding day and complimented
on the way you took care of things.
The best decision we made was investing in a
coordinator!!! You were not only our
coordinator, but our friend. You made me feel
at ease and I knew that I could count on you for
anything. We loved working with you and really
feel like the wedding would have not have been
such a success without your help.

Martha and I want to take this opportunity

decorating of Lindsay’s wedding on September 30 2006.
From the time we retained your services in
February all the way through the reception, your dedication and
professionalism was unquestionable. We were simply amazed at
the way the Church and reception hall looked. Still don’t
understand how you do what you do with flowers. You clearly
went above and beyond what we agreed on and we deeply thank you
for making this such a special day for everyone involved.
As you know, most of the time I could not
visualize what you had in mind but I trusted you and you came
through with the most beautiful setting I could have ever
imagined.
As we look back, I don’t think there is any
more you could have done or anything we would have changed.

Dear Bisli,
Gosh Bisli, where do I
begin? First off, I would like to say that I feel so bad that you were not able
to go to your own Mother’s funeral because it was right before our Wedding, but
we really appreciate you thinking of us and we would have understood if you had
to go. With that said, you were the most amazing person to work with during the
whole planning of our Wedding to the actual day of our Wedding. You are so
personable and we could tell that you actually care about your customers and we
felt like we were part of your family. Every time we would meet with you, we
got a hug and a kiss on the cheek, that is so rare these days to find someone
like you to work with! I was so amazed that you wrote down EVERYTHING that we
talked about and never once forgot one thing. You really listened to what I
wanted and that meant a lot to me.
The day of my Wedding,
you actually delivered my bouquet to me & it was even more beautiful than I
imagined, it smelled incredible and you remembered that I LOVED sweet peas & you
added some to it. The Church looked spectacular and when I saw it, I thought to
myself I can only imagine what the hall looks like. The candelabras were bigger
and better than Ryan and I both thought.
When I walked into the
reception hall, my jaw dropped, I wanted to cry, it looked absolutely
breathtaking! The flowers were beautiful and filled the room with a floral
aroma, the centerpieces were amazing, and the linens were also gorgeous!! There
were a few glitches at the reception, but nothing mattered to me because
everything looked stunning. There were also so many things that you threw in,
like rose petals, extra flowers and much more, and I know you did all of this
with love.
It is a great feeling
when you make a big investment in something and you are comfortable making it,
but it is an even better feeling to actually see a fantastic outcome, I KNOW
that choosing you Bisli was the BEST decision I have EVER made. I honestly
believe that I will never EVER see a Wedding like ours, it was like a Wedding
that one of the movie stars have. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I
appreciate you making my big day, an everlasting memory. You are the reason my
Wedding turned out so beautiful & left everyone talking about how they have
never seen such a beautiful Wedding. Thank you again and I am referring you to
EVERYONE, because I know that you will not only take care of them, but deliver a
great product. Thank you again Bisli for going above and beyond to make our day
special. Thank you , thank you , thank you for everything!!

Of Course! You can use the picture if you like. I can't believe you
remember Al and that cake!! That is so funny!! I am so happy your business is
doing well in Texas. I'm sure everyone in the Delaware area misses you. Al
and I often look back at our wedding tape and we are still in awe of the
fabulous job you did & we've been married almost 4 years!!! You really made our
wedding one to remember. Our guests and relatives are still talking
about the wedding. I wish you all the success in the world. You are truly a

Hello Bisli,
Just wanted to let you know how much Quacey and I appreciated all the
hardwork you put in to creating our picture perfect wedding day. You turned our
rather ordinary looking venue into a magical place. Our chuppah was
absolutely gorgeous and the reception area was downright opulent. I knew
when I met you'd do a great job, I'm glad you proved me right.

Dear Bisli:
It has been 2 weeks since our dream came true. It's hard to believe
that with a simple picture of a castle and glass slipper you were able
to create our most perfect fantasy. Words cannot describe what I felt
as I drove up the driveway of Victoria's Black Swan Inn on my wedding
day. Everytime I close my eyes I can see all the beautiful shades of
pink roses. Bisli, you transformed that house into all of my wishes
and dreams. It is a day that I, David, our children, friends and
family will never forget. If asked what we treasured most, it would
have to be how you transformed our cake room. The fabric and fresh
flowers were breathtaking. My plan was to be a princess for a day;
because of your vision I felt like a Queen and for that we thank you.

Dear Bisli,
Thanks so much for putting together and delivering that beautiful
balloon bouquet for my son who was returning from Iraq. He was very surprised
and grateful for the "welcome". I have yet to hear from you about how much
